North Sulawesi represent rich area of fascintantion and obyek of tourism. Excellence tourism potency of North Sulawesi especially Manado in the form of maritime tourism obyek (coastal tourism and underwater tourism - national park of bunaken). narutal tourism, view tourism and cultural tourism. the making of interpretation band is require to water-down tourist recognize and comprehend existing tourism obyek. and also know what mar and which may not be done during residing in the location. This research aim to analyse requirement of tourism development in manado and build patern of development interpretation in Manado. To answer the target of research. conducted with approach of system through analysis requirement, and the following result : development of tourism must be supporting with investment, infrastructure and interesting and good interpretation product. Product development of interpretation require to be conducted to more facilitate tourist recognize existing fascination and object. increasing of industrial human resources tourism require to be improved by insensitive counseling and also trainning, to improve knowledge by revere to the ecotourims concept of understanding.
