Because it must be managed properly[1]. This study aims to solve the existing problems in the old system to develop a software which is able to solve problems quickly and accurately. To identify existing problems, it can be analyzed based on several factors. These factors include how software is built is able to: a. Featuring a matter which will be on the exam on your device; b. To examine the answers given client; c. Report the results or the value of any students who take the test or exam. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a life-cycle strategies aimed at providing development much faster and get results with better quality compared to the results achieved through the traditional cycle (McLeod, 2002). RAD is a combination of a variety of structured techniques with engineering prototyping and joint application development techniques to speed development of the system / application (Bentley, 2004). From the definitions RAD's concept, it can be seen that the application development using RAD method can be done in a relatively faster[2]. The research method applied in this study include: Planning, Analysis, Design and Implementation System. UR - http://jurnal.polimdo.ac.id/index.php/kcic/article/view/145
