Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Supervisor Leadership in Improving the Performance of F & B Service Staff. Leadership is a way of influencing other people.  In the operation of Gran puri Hotel Manado, there are some problems at Food and Beverage Service Department. During the operation, there are often guests who write criticisms and suggestions about the quality of service provided for the guests. This study aims to identify, explain and analyze supervisor leadership in improving the staff performance.  The research method used in this study is qualitative method where the Staff of Food and Beverage Service department are informants and the researcher is the key instrument in this research. The results of research proved that the supervisor did not perform his/her responsibility properly. This was due to unimproved staff performance. This research concludes that supervision can improve the staff performance and reach the set work target
