Abstract

Abstract: Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on the Employee Perception. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the perception of employees of Sutanraja Hotel Manado.  It is a descriptive quantitative research.  The object of this research is the Human Resources Manager and the data analysis uses version 20 of SPPS.  The data testing method of this research includes the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and correlation coefficient test. The results of analysis show that leadership style and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on the employees’perception. The leadership style itself has its partial influence on the employees’ perception. In this research, as the object of research, human resources manager has a democratic style of leadership
