Abstract

Abstrack: Online ticketing system in increasing the level of satisfaction of the tours and travel customer. One of the subjects which can meet the needs of means and infrastructure for tourism is travel agent. In the past, travel agent which used system manual has evolved to be an online system for easier reservation and faster registration. This research aims to measure and analyze to what extent the influence of online ticketing system on the Tours& Travel customers satisfaction. The research was conducted at Travel Sky Conexxion Manado. Based on the calculation method using simple linear regression analysis, the result is Y= 13,90 + 0,66X with the correlation coefficient r = 70,47 showing that there is a positive correlation between online ticketing system (variable X) and the customer satisfaction (variable Y) which means that if the online ticketing system is effectively applied, the customers satisfaction will increase as much as 70,47. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that due to application of the online ticketing system that makes reservation easier and registration faster, the customer satisfaction significantly increase
