Pengunjung ke wilayah tersebut akan menemukan pulau indah kecil,<br />pantai yang indah berpasir putih, terumbu karang yang kaya penuh dengan ikan warna-warni dan<br />kehidupan laut lainnya, beragam flora dan fauna di hutan hujan, tradisi budaya eksotis dan unik serta<br />peninggalan sejarah khususnya dari Perang Dunia periode II. Secara khusus, Pulau Kakara memiliki<br />potensi pariwisata bahari dengan pantai berpasir putih, air jernih dan keanekaragaman hayati bawah<br />laut yang spektakuler. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi factor internal dan<br />eksternal yang mempengaruhi dan menghambat pengembangan aktraksi pariwisata di Pulau Kakara<br />serta memberikan rekomendasi tentang strategi pengembangan atraksi wisata di Pulau Kakara untuk<br />mendukung pembangunan kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Metode penelitian yang<br />digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis yang digunakan<br />adalah SWOT Analysis Matrix.Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah faktor internal dan eksternal<br />yang mendukung dan menghambat pengembangan atraksi wisata dan strategi pengembangannya.<br />Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Data dianalisis<br />dengan menggunakan Matriks SWOT.Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dan eksternal (SWOT),<br />model pengembangan atraksi wisata di Pulau Kakara untuk mendukung pariwisata di Kabupaten<br />Halmahera Utara diarahkan ke sistem regulasi dan pengawasan yang terintegrasi, perbaikan<br />infrastruktur dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya, kelembagaan penguatan, meningkatkan kemampuan<br />Sumber Daya Manusia, pemasaran dan promosi pariwisata, pemberdayaan masyarakat dan<br />partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat setempat. Bunaken Island is inhabited<br />by local communities who have been living and inhabiting the island.Various kinds of problems<br />that occur in the Bunaken Park, among others, such as the development zone problems, damage<br />coral reefs, infrastructure, garbage, employee, and clean water. From a wide range of existing<br />problem arises diverse public perception. The development<br />of accommodation can open job opportunities and opportunities for improving the welfare of<br />local communities. Bunaken is an island with underwater beauty that is famous all over the world.<br />With Bunaken marine park and its development of the accommodation industry,there has been<br />a substantial increase of opportunities for local communities to take part in working and utilize<br />the resources available. Information gained though the development of tourism and industrial<br />development in Bunaken accommodation is well developed, and until now there are 21 resorts<br />and 3 homestays located on the island of Bunaken but the welfare of the local community as a<br />whole has not changed. The aims of this study are to see to what extent is the involvement of local<br />communities in the accommodation industry in Bunaken Island and to identify the position of the<br />work of local communities and then analyze the involvement of local communities in improving<br />the economic status, and further recommends the factors that can increase empowerment in the<br />accommodation industry in the island of Bunaken. The South Minahasa Regency development has<br />affected the hotel industry. Many events and tourism promotion makes this region began to be<br />visited by guests. Hotel industry is competing to sell his product to prospective guests. Therefore<br />a perception greatly affects the guests to decide to stay at a hotel.Perception is one response to<br />an experience that happened to an object and events with the help of his sense. Guest is the one<br />who come to the hotel either stay or not to stay in a temporary time. Hotel industry is the tourism<br />industry which provides accommodation facilities as well as foods and beverages, hospitality<br />to guest and commerciality run.The analysis used in this research is a qualitative analysis,<br />support by data that is both quantitative, by using analysis of likert, as well as the criteria for<br />the interpretation of scores.The result is of a general perception are Hotel Sutanraja Amurang<br />excellent facilities with a percentage of 95 %, and in terms of services is quite with a percentage<br />of 60 %. Shiera Villa &amp; Restoran Amurang with quite enough with the percentage of 49 %, and<br />service to the guests is quite well with percentage of 78 %. InterContinental Jakarta<br />MidPlaza has planned to have a renovation on its Grand Ballroom aiming to increase the<br />banquet revenue as its main purpose. This phenomenon emerged a prediction of an increment<br />of banquet revenue will occur after the completion of grand ballroom renovation process. The<br />purpose of this study is to analyze the validity that the increment of banquet revenue will be<br />occurred after the completion of grand ballroom renovation. Research method used in the study<br />was descriptive quantitative method and the analysis used was simple regression analysis and<br />hypothesis T test.The result stated that the forecast of banquet revenue on the 5 (five) following<br />years shows an increment. The information system is a system within an organization that reconciles<br />the needs of daily transaction processing, support the operation, managerial in character<br />and strategic activities of an organization as well as provide certain outside parties with the<br />necessary reports.In general, the reservation is reserving facilities including accommodation,<br />meal, seat pad in the show, airplanes, trains, foam, entertainment, night club, discoutegue<br />including booking hotel rooms.Population and sample in this study were employees on<br />duty in the reservation department, the respondents are very few and only 9 people. The<br />calculation is done by using the simple empirical formula, as well as the determination of<br />the value-oriented to simple statistics with data collected through a questionnaire.Motivation<br />of development of information systems at Hotel Novotel Manado is a profit motive, thus <br />the profit and loss aspects are taken into consideration in the development of the system.<br />Based on respondents’ ratings of the three operational criteria of reservation department<br />in Novotel Hotel, Manado. Tourism development in Indonesia in recent years<br />has shown a rapid pattern and demands all the parties, not only the government, but all of the<br />citizens of Indonesia to participate in enhancing tourism sector in order to increase the national<br />foreign exchange from this sector Tourism promises a bright future for the Indonesian citizens as<br />seen from the geographical position and natural resources that Indonesia has. This study aims to<br />measure the relationship between supervisor’ monitoring and the perfomance of employees at Food<br />&amp; Beverage Department, analyze and explain the relationship between supervisor’s monitoring and <br />the employee’s perfomance at food and beverage department.This research applies the quantitative<br />method , a method which is used to test theories by evaluating the link between variables using a likert<br />scale questionnaire in measurement techniques, and to alayze the indepedent and dependent variables<br />using Spearman rank correlation formula and coefficient determination to determine the contribution<br />of independent variables (Supervisor’s Control) to dependent variable (employee’perfomance at<br />food and beverage department). Based on the results of research conducted, it was found that the<br />surveillance of supervisor has a relationship with the the employee’s perfomance whose significant<br />value is 0.000 ˂ 0,005. Then the working hypothesis is accepted , which means that there is a<br />significant correlation with a correlation value of 0.983 which is included in the category of very<br />strong (0.85 – 0.99).
