This research aims to design a web-based dormitory management system connected to a PostgreSQL database. The system development used the waterfall method to ensure a systematic process from planning to implementation. The final result is a web platform that supports real-time resident data management through an interactive dashboard. This system simplifies data access and management for both managers and residents, and serves as a digital solution that supports the efficiency and transparency of dormitory services.
