PENGARUH ORGANIZATION-BASED SELF-ESTEEM TERHADAP ETOS KERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA
Abstract
In a simple self-esteem is defined as the process of evaluating a person either in a positive or negative self-esteem or defined as a feeling of self-evaluation and pribadiatau as a confidence value themselves based on self-evaluation as a whole. This affects the work ethic of employees in achieving the expected performance in achieving the vision.
