ANALISIS PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) MANADO
Abstract
In addition to transformational leadership, self-efficacy should also be noted that held subordinate. Leadership that fosters a sense of self-efficacy to a subordinate is leadership that can deliver change and to motivate the employees in performing their duties to achieve company goals better than expected. Leaders must be able to manage a mindset that serves as a symbol of the moral unity of their subordinates, in which a leader created the work ethic and values - values that exist in the company. This will have an impact on employee performance over the maximum.References
