Abstract
Education and training is important process in the order to develop human resource capability. Organizational or company failure in reaching is target in the reality determined by human resource int the organization. One of the ways to increase human resource capability is through training and education. Education and training of employee within the organization hold a major aspect to keep survive, because protagonist human being arraging the overall of activity mechanism or process. Even become more important if related to duties and problems and challenges that have to deal with as effect of change or environment which complex progressively so that claim the quality of human resources is excelsior.
