PENGARUH LOAN TO DEPOSIT RATIO TERHADAP NON PERFORMING LOAN BANK NUSANTARA PARAHYANGAN TBK
Abstract
Bank is a business entity that collects funds from the community in the form of deposits, and then distribute it in the form of credit in order to improve the standard of living of the society. Loans granted by the bank hopefully will increase the national income.
This study aims to determine whether the loan to deposit ratio affect on non-performing loans in Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk branch Dago, Bandung using descriptive research method. The analysis technique used is a simple linear analysis with the assistance of normality test to determine whether a simple distributed data, determination coefficient analysis to measure how far the overall independent variables can explain the dependent variable, and t test to determine the effect of indepent variable on the dependent variable.
The results showed that the Loan to Deposit Ratio affect on non-performing loans. In this study we can also see that the NPL Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk branch Dago, Bandung can be said to be healthy.
