PENGEMBANGAN MODEL KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA RANTAI PASOK PRODUK SPEEDY DI PT TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, Tbk.
Abstract
Speedy is one of the PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk products which provides internet services. There are several steps that must be passed by the internet, called supply chain. The supply chain dynamically follows the trend of technology, competitors, the change of company strategy and the present situation. Due to those factors, the supply chain needs capable human resource to operate the chain. For that purpose, the present writer need to identify which suitable competence. For those factors and a study to develop the human resource competence model is carried out on the Speedy supply chain product.The development of the competence model is observed by competence model of Spencer & Spencer. The first step on this method is the identification of the respondent, which are divided into two categories, the superior and the average. The next step is, from those two categories, questionnaire competence is given out to get the competence level which are going to be identified as differentiate competence and standart competence. Finally the result of those competencies is develop into a model of human resource competence in Speedy supply chain product.
