KAJIAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PERANCANGAN STRUKTUR ORGANISASI GOLDEN ROSES BAKERY GARUT
Abstract
Being in growth through directionphase, Golden Roses Bakery is facing the crisis of autonomy. As a small enterprise, the company doesn’t have a clear organization structure. This research analysed the organization culture, then proposed an organization structure based on Mintzberg’s theory. The research concluded that the company committed in market culture, and proposed amachine bureaucracystructure to be applied.
