PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI: BAGAIMANA MENYIKAPI TANTANGAN DAN PELUANGNYA

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have brought the world entered a new era of faster and more efficient than ever imagined before. Continuous adaptation needs to be done, one of which is done through education and a thorough understanding in order to grow together in line with the new generation. In addition, the human need to be aware of its role as the core of the change itself. This article seeks to explain about how to address the challenges and opportunities of technological development more specifically on the development of technology in the field of communication. Based on literature studies through secondary sources, this article found that in response to technological developments, it can be seen from the company and the community. Companies need to innovate and adapt to technological developments. On the other hand people as technology users need to be selective and smart in using the technology. With the rapid pace of technological development, the role of humans becoming increasingly important both in the production process in manufacturing as well as in the business world. Human decisions are movers and direction of the business as a creator of value. Technology is only an instrument that is used to multiply virtue, potency, and its capability to create value.
