PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SINAR GALESONG PRIMA (SUZUKI) KANTOR PUSAT MANADO
Abstract
Human resource management has a major role in meeting the smoothness in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources in order to develop their business. Management of human resources is influenced by many things, in addition to quality, the existing system in the organization, working procedures, involvement or participation are some of the factors that influence the effectiveness of the organization. This study aims to determine how the effects of leadership and organization climate the employee performance at PT. Sinar Galesong Prima (Suzuki). This type of research is quantitative research and the research method used is descriptive method that describes the phenomenon or problem that is happening on an object of research. The research took a sample of the population and using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population was all employees at PT. Sinar Galesong Prima (Suzuki) Manado with a sample of 36 respondents and a questionnaire with 27 items with a number of statements using saturated sampling method. The analysis used was the Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Total Score, Simple correlation and regression. While the results of the analysis were lacking simultaneous correlation coefficient r = 0.329 showed that the Leadership and Organizational Climate has a very strong relationship and significant impact on employee performance PT. Sinar Galesong Prima (Suzuki) Headquarters Manado. The coefficient of determination shows that the 66.6% increase in the performance of employees affected by the Leadership and Organizational Climate jointly, while the remaining 33.4% influenced by other factors. Thus, Leadership and Organizational Climate need to be considered by the management and the company in improving employee performance. The analysis showed that the leadership and organizational climate has a significant effect in improving the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Galesong Prima (Suzuki) Headquarters Manado.
