Abstract

PT. FIF Group member of the Astra is one type of business financing services belonging to ASTRA which opens branch office in Jln. Samratulangi Wanea city of Manado in North Sulawesi. PT. FIF Group members of Astra Branch Manado is home Researchers conducted a study entitled "Analysis of the factors that influence employee turnover intention in PT.FIF member of Astra Group Manado Branch". This study uses survey research is research that takes a sample of the population using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This study describes the relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The population is PT.FIF Group employees member of the Astra Branch Manado with a sample of 86 respondents using sample random sampling method. The analysis is simple regression and correlation analysis. The analysis is simple regression and correlation analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a negative effect and no significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative effect and no significant effect on turnover intention and job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of employees in the Group PT.FIF member of Astra Branch Manado. The suggestion is the company must reinforce the job description of every employee and to supervise the work of employees, pay salaries to the employees in accordance with the fair on the work they do.
