PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER TAMBAHAN DI PT. ABC

Abstract

PT. ABC is a palm oil company that produces Palm Kernel Oil. PT. ABC has five suppliers and there is a shortage of supply of raw materials from suppliers that lead to disrupted production process. Therefore, company want to add new supplier for its raw material so an examination that measures the performance of suppliers remains so they can be used in the selection of additional suppliers. Supplier selection is performed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Vendor Performance Index (VPI) so additional suppliers selected are SA and SB.
