Abstract

PD. A is a company that sells goods. During this time, the operational management of PD. A still done traditionally that often causes the flow of information did not go smoothly. For example, the sales that done by Mr. X,did not recorded by admin section, so that the company feels theirproducts are missing. This example shows that the flow of information system did not optimal. Therefore, this study plans to improve the business processes of PD. A by using a flowchart diagram to make easier analyze. The research method is a case study focusing on input and output process of PD.A. Data analysis techniques using five stages ofdata analysis in Supply Chain Systems. This research resulted in a supply chain system model that is suitable for PD. A.
