<p>This study analyses the fundamental performance and technical valuation of Indonesia's banking sector, focusing on four big banks in banking sector (BBCA, BBRI, BMRI, BBNI) during March 2026. Financial Services Authority data shows the banking industry remains solid with 9.49% year-on-year credit growth reaching Rp8,659 trillion, Non-Performing Loans declining to 2.14%, Capital Adequacy Ratio strong at 25.09%, and Return on Assets maintained at 2.47%. However, external pressures from Middle East geopolitical escalation drove significant stock price corrections of 7-11% throughout March 2026. Fundamental analysis reveals Q1 2026 net profit growth ranging from 3.80% to 17.05%, with BBRI recording the highest growth. Technical analysis indicates attractive valuations with BBRI's Price to Book Value at 1.4x (2.5 standard deviations below historical average) and BBNI at 1.1x. Relative Strength Index in oversold territory (32-38) signals potential trend reversal. The study concludes that the divergence between strong fundamentals and depressed prices creates attractive investment opportunities, recommending accumulation of BBCA, gradual buying of BBRI, holding BMRI, and speculative buying of BBNI for a 6–12-month horizon</p>Deky Eko Wibowo Mundung

<p>ransformasi digital telah mengubah secara fundamental praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dari fungsi administratif menjadi mitra strategis berbasis data. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran paradigma SDM di era digital, mengidentifikasi tantangan utama serta peluang strategis, dan merumuskan rekomendasi bagi praktisi bisnis serta pengambil kebijakan di Indonesia. Melalui metode tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap 45 artikel akademik (2021–2026), laporan industri, dan dokumen kebijakan nasional, penelitian ini menemukan enam tantangan krusial: model kerja nonstandar, polarisasi keterampilan digital (skill mismatch mencapai 60,52% di Indonesia), risiko keamanan data, kelelahan digital, kesenjangan generasi, serta resistensi budaya. Di sisi lain, adopsi HRIS, rekrutmen berbasis AI, dan kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti<br />meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa investasi dalam upskilling, integrasi sistem HR, serta sinkronisasi kebijakan pemerintah dan strategi perusahaan menjadi kunci keberhasilan. <p>This study examines the comparative financial soundness of digital banks and conventionallytransforming banks in Indonesia using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) framework over the period 2021–2025. Employing a quantitative-comparative design with purposive sampling, the study analyzes 50 observations from 10 banks—five digital banks<br />(ARTO, AGRO, BBHI, BBYB, AMAR) and five conventionally-transforming banks (BMRI, BBRI, BBTN, BNGA, NISP). After conducting Shapiro-Wilk normality tests confirming non-normal distributions across most variables, Mann-Whitney U tests were applied. Results indicate nostatistically significant differences in NPL (p = 0.655), LDR (p = 0.073), and ROA (p = 0.079).Significant differences were found in GCG (p < 0.001; r = 0.517), NIM (p < 0.001; r = 0.594), and CAR (p < 0.001; r = 0.808). Digital banks demonstrate superior NIM and CAR but substantially weaker GCG and ROA, reflecting the institutional immaturity and high investment phase characteristic of nascent digital banking models. Conventionally-transforming banks show stronger governance, profitability, and intermediation balance. <p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat dan berdampak pada cara perusahaan mengelola informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana digitalisasi memengaruhi pengelolaan informasi di PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, baik dari segi efisiensi, kecepatan, maupun akurasi data. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan informasi di perusahaan, terutama dalam mempercepat arus informasi, mengurangi kesalahan input data, serta meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis data. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan seperti adaptasi karyawan terhadap sistem baru dan kebutuhan pelatihan berkala. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen informasi. <p>This study aims to explore and analyze the challenges of human resource (HR) management in the business incubator program at Politeknik Negeri Manado, a vocational higher education institution in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study design based on Robert K. Yin's (2018) framework, data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with seven key informants comprising the incubator coordinator, faculty mentors, the department head, and the vice-director for student affairs. Document analysis served as a supplementary data source. Thematic analysis following Braun and Clarke's (2006) six-phase procedure was applied to the data. Findings reveal four major HR challenges: (1) role conflict experienced by lecturers serving simultaneously as incubator managers; (2) insufficient managerial and entrepreneurial competence among incubator staff (3) the absence of a formal recruitment and assignment system for incubator managers; and (4) limited access to capacity-building training. These findings contribute to the underexplored literature on HR management in vocational college incubators in Eastern Indonesia and provide actionable recommendations for institutional policymakers to strengthen the sustainability of business incubator programs.</p>Bervie Fransel Rondonuwu, Diana Roweina Suzana Maramis, Cysca J. <p>This article examines branding strategy and product strategy as instruments to build the competitiveness of “SOLAREN”, an organic palm sugar granule (gula semut) product manufactured through an integrated photovoltaic (PV) powered production system in Talaitad Utara Village, South Minahasa. The national palm sugar market continues to grow while domestic production still fails to meet roughly thirty percent of demand, and export potential through HS Code 170290 keeps expanding, opening opportunities for villagebased producer groups to enter premium and export segments. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data derived from a marketing review report, examining market analysis, competitor benchmarking, brand architecture, digital marketing channels, and food safety and quality certification. The findings show that SOLAREN's brand strategy, which combines clean solar-based technology with the authenticity of local sap, together with a structured product differentiation strategy covering consistent moisture content, uniform colour, fine texture, and staged certification, is able to position SOLAREN as a premium product capable of competing with manually produced palm sugar as well as established national brands. Integrated branding and product strategy supported by digital marketing channels and renewable energy technology are concluded to be key determinants in strengthening the competitiveness of village-based<br />organic palm sugar products.</p>Melky K.
