Abstract

Abstrack: Influences of Import Drink Sales toward Minibar Revenues of Hotel. This is impractical and inconvenient and therefore, the minibar should be able to sell them for the guests’ convenience.  This research aims to analyze the influence of imported alchoholic drinks on the income of minibar section of Grand Puri Hotel Manado. The selling of these drinks can increase the income of Grand Puri Hotel Manado significantly. The method used is the mixed method combining both descriptive-qualitative analysis and quantitative regression analysis. The analysis of minibar income for 6 months shows that the total selling and income from January to June 2013 was 2143 items of products with the total accumalated income of Rp. 30.913.500.  The conclusion is that the selling of imported alchoholic drinks is potential and it is possible to be developed by the selling of the imported alchoholic drinks at the minibar section. An accurate price determination and analysis of drink products sold can significantly influence the imported alchoholic drinks selling that in turn will increase the income of the hotel.
