Optimalisasi Kinerja Lembaga P3M melalui Platform Digital Berbasis Web di Politeknik Negeri Manado

Digital transformation is an urgent need to improve the performance of higher education institutions, including the Centre for Research and Community Service (P3M). Since 2020, Manado State Polytechnic has implemented a web-based information system through the p3mpolimdo.net platform to support the management of research and community service activities. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the platform can optimise data management processes, transparency, and operational efficiency within the P3M environment. The method employed is a descriptive-qualitative approach, utilising observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that this system has significantly improved the effectiveness of proposal collection, the review process, and activity reporting. Furthermore, lecturer engagement has increased due to the system's user-friendly interface and integrated notifications. Although there were some technical challenges during the initial implementation, regular system updates have improved performance. In conclusion, this digital platform is capable of optimising P3M performance and is a model worthy of adoption by similar institutions.
