Influences of Excellent Service toward Customer Loyalty . Improvement of service professionalism is needed in enchancing work creativity, work motivation, work performance and productivity of managers as well as providing various types and forms of training, professional education and various other professional acitivites for the staffs.  This influences the loyalty of customers that they not only buy products and services repeatedly but also have positive commitment and attitude towards services companies such as recommending other people to buy.  This research results show that excellent service has 17% of influence on the loyalty of customers at Cabal Dining Manado.
