Abstract

bstract: The nuences of Perceived alue, Physiscal Environemnt and ood uality toward Satisfaction and Loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine whether:1) perceived value has a positive effect on satisfaction; 2) the physical environment has a positive effect on satisfaction; 3) the quality of the food has a positive effect on satisfaction; and 4) satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Survey methods applied in this study by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The subjects were 104 students majoring in management, ABC University. Data analysis used the generalized structured component analysis approach or GeSCA. The results shows that perceived value has a positive effect on satisfaction, the physical environment has a positive effect on satisfaction, quality of food has a positive effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty.
