PERBANDINGAN KONTRAK MANAJEMEN INTERNASIONAL DAN KONTRAK MANAJEMEN NASIONAL DIKAITKAN DENGAN KELAYAKAN INVESTASI PADA SUATU HOTEL BERBINTANG EMPAT

Abstract

Abstract: Comparison of international management contract and national management contract in relation to investment feasibility in a four-star hotel. This research aims to describe the benefits of both international and national management contracts for the hotel investors from financial aspect resulting from profits in relation to investment feasibility. The object of research is a four-star hotel in Bali that has been in management contract cooperation with widely known foreign companies. The method of research applied was descriptive quantitative method by using financial data processing, that is, net profit projection continued with the investment assessment. As a comparison, the same thing is done when continuing to national management contract using the data obtained from the four-star hotel that has been in a national management contract in the same site. The results of research in this hotel show that from the financial point of view, it is feasible to continue to one of the two management contract alternatives in such current economic situations. But when national contract management is used, it will give profit and higher capital return as well as faster investment return.
