Abstrak

Abstract: Influence of Employee Work Performance on the Customer Satisfaction. Economic development in Manado has undergone very rapid progress in line with the declaration of Manado City as one of the tourism cities that has triggered the community to prepare itself for planning necessary tourism programs. One factor which guarantees the customer satisfaction is work productivity. This research aims to analyze the work productivity of employees in relation to the customer satisfaction at Cakrawala Coffee Shop of Arya Duta Hotel Manado. It is a descriptive quantitative research that studied about the influence of employee work performance on the customer satisfaction. The simple linear regression test showed that there was a significant influence of employee work productivity on the customer satisfaction at Cakrawala Coffee Shop of Arya Duta Hotel Manado. One of the conclusions of the research was that based on the simple linear regression test, there was a significant influence between work productivity and customer satisfaction. It means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
