This research focused on developing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for an e-learning platform implemented at the Electrical Engineering Department at Manado State Polytechnic. The development process used Design Thinking, a design approach involving five core steps: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This research adopted a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and design evaluation by end-users. Furthermore, the System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to assess the system's usability, involving 150 respondents. The evaluation results showed an average score in the "quite good" category, indicating that the platform was easy to use and accepted by users. Overall, the developed e-learning platform improved aspects of ease of navigation, visual comfort, and user satisfaction in accessing learning materials.
