Abstrak

The Board of directors or senior management company are expected to build sustainable performance; create value at the acceptable risk level over time. Therefore, management requires a clear view of the performance and the organization's risk. One way to do is integrate risk to performance. There are numerous studies on the integration of performance and risk management show that integration gives benefits to enhance success probability. Although those studies showed the benefits of integration, many companies have not implemented it. This study aimed to show the key factors success, integration step and show the different of the implementation in management report. Integration use balanced scorecard as performance management framework and Enterprise Risk Management based on ISO 31000; 2009 as risk management framework. The integration used risk assessment technique, risk control self-assessment (RCSA). The case studies were conduct in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten. Tbk with the object of the research is commercial loans unit.
