Abstrak

In Research, education and trained are effected among the employees.But increasing of education and trained are not directly to increase the workvalue with employee. In research was showed the most of employee didn’t have technical skills as became employee in Bimoli's oil industry company.

Education and trained donater, in compensation attitude in work team.
