Abstract

Gerai Pangan Kita is a partner entity for the BULOG company that sells food needs such as rice, oil, sugar, and so on which are busy with buyers even though they are in the middle of a pandemic because prices are very affordable and stock readiness is adequate even during a raw material crisis. To measure an entity's performance, whether it is profitable or not, business managers should make financial reports. Because one of the main goals of a commercial business is to make a profit. Meanwhile, profit is reflected in one of the components of the financial statements. The purpose of this study is to compile the financial reports of Gerai Pangan Kita as a partner of Bulog, to become one of the references for business managers in preparing business activity reports. This study used a qualitative research approach, which was aimed at understanding social phenomena from participants who were interviewed, observed, asked to provide data for research. The results of the study show that business managers in their daily activities make source documents in the form of sales notes and purchase notes, as well as other expenses. Sales recaps are made every day and entries in the MYOB accounting application are limited to the Sales menu, thus not all the facilities provided by MYOB are used, so that information users cannot view financial reports in real time, and it turns out that when using a smartphone only one data entry is made. direct financial reports can be seen, exported to Ms. Excel, or may be directly printed or printed. The conclusions for the stages of preparing smartphone-based financial reports are: (1). Initial information setup, such as company name, address, phone number, email, etc. (2). Initial data entry, such as entity capital, etc. (3). Transaction data entry, such as purchase transactions, sales, assets, depreciation, etc. (4). View or print reports according to entity requirements. Financial reports generated by the application process, can also be exported to Microsoft Excel, and generate an Annual Personal Income Tax Return report.
