Evaluasi Tingkat Kerusakan Bangunan Gedung Olahraga Politeknik Negeri Manado

Abstract

The Sport Building is one of the sports facilities owned by the Manado State Polytechnic institution, which is an important place for students and local people to exercise. However, over time, the condition of the sports building began to experience damage in several areas, which could endanger the safety of users and disrupt sports activities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of damage to the sports hall and evaluate the cost of repairs. The research method used is field survey and fields testing using Hammer test. The type of damage that occurs in the Manado State Polytechnic Sports Building, includes column damage with a mild level of damage with a percentage of damage of 0.0000825% and plate damage with a moderate level of damage with a percentage of damage of 10.35% while the beam structure has no damage. Accordingly for the value of the estimated compressive strength of concrete for beams and columns has met the requirements of concrete quality used for structural work. But specifically on the plate there are parts that do not meet the requirements of concrete quality, namely on the plate AS 5,7-F, G. it is very important to immediately make improvements to these parts.
