Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Influences of Rewards towards Employee Work Motivation . It means that many types of businesses that employ people as an engine of business. The emotional and rational have a role in this business. Employees are not appreciated by the management is not possible, the employee will leave the hotel and move to another hotel. Hotel owners and management must always consider the rewards to the employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of rewards on employee motivation at Hotel Sedona Manado. Based on these results we can conclude that reward effect on employee motivation at Hotel Sedona Manado and have a strong relationship. As a suggestion to the owners and hotel management rewards to employees maintain and constantly review the reward that had been given
