A floating house raft is a floating structure typically used in bodies of water such as lakes, rivers, or seas. Floating house rafts can serve as places for fish farming, storage of catches, as well as recreational areas for fishing, and even as residences. However, these rafts require a sufficient energy source to operate equipment such as lights, water pumps, tourism facilities, and other loads. The use of conventional energy sources like fossil fuels/oil is often expensive and environmentally unfriendly.
This research aims to develop the concept of using Solar Power Plants (PLTS) on floating house rafts to support fishing, marine activities, and fishing tourism. The PLTS system is designed using solar panels and storage batteries to ensure a sufficient energy supply for fishing and tourism needs. PLTS also enables more environmentally friendly and sustainable operations of the rafts, enhancing their appeal as ecotourism destinations. Therefore, the implementation of PLTS on floating house rafts has the potential to support more efficient and environmentally friendly fishing and tourism
