3. Abstract (150–250 words, bilingual if possible)
4. Keywords (3–5)
5. Introduction
6. Literature Review
7. Methodology
8. Results and Discussion
9. Conclusion and Recommendations
10. References (minimum 20 references, 50% from last 5 years)
