PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVI-TAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in a job and quality human resources can be seen from the work productivity of employees. There are several factors that can affect employee work productivity, one of which is work facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine work facilities, work productivity, and the effect of work facilities on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, literature study, and questionnaires. This study used a field survey research method with a quantitative approach. The title of this study is "The Influence of Work Facilities on Employee Work Productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province". Researchers conducted field observations with a total sample of 46 people with a non- probability sampling method using purposive sampling. The location of this research was carried out at the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province. Using primary data with the results of the values above that t count > t table, namely 6.382 > 1.680, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that work facilities have a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sulawesi Province, in this case if work facilities are good then employee work productivity will increase
